Agreement for Luxe nail spa
Booking & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. To respect our technicians' time, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Arrival & Service
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid delaying other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health or safety reasons.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payments. Prices listed are base prices and may increase based on the complexity of nail art or specific technician requests.
Health & Safety
Please notify your technician of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service. While we maintain the highest sanitation standards, Luxe Nail Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions to products if conditions were not disclosed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled in the appropriate courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
